Course Information

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised management knowledge and skills to lead and influence change in complex and dynamic management environments.

Individuals at this level use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse, synthesise and act on information from a variety of sources, and transfer knowledge and skills to others.

They apply creative, conceptual and analytical skills to formulate and evaluate complex ideas or initiate change. They demonstrate self-directed application of knowledge and skills, with substantial personal responsibility and autonomy in complex situations.

Study Plan

Course Duration

The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is offered over 12 months, equating to 52 weeks, including 12 weeks of holidays. This will be split into four 10-week terms. You will receive an orientation from your trainer within one week of your enrolment.

Student Support

• ABM assesses student support needs before enrolment via Enrolment and Pre-Enrolment Forms.

• Possible supports include LLN assistance, assistive technology, extra tutorials, and help with online learning tools.

• Additional costs or limitations are communicated before enrolment.

• If ABM cannot provide certain support, students are referred to third-party providers at their own expense.

• If ABM cannot offer a suitable learning environment, it will inform the student and may refer them to another provider instead of enrolling them.
